I was very happy with the professional cleaning - did a good job and felt like I can trust the service.

I hired this company to clean my Airbnb in the Stroudsburg/East Stroudsburg area. They sent one person to clean a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom house who came with no cleaning supplies just one mop and was done on 2 1/2 hours. I called the company multiple times and told them this was not possible and wash the sheets and towels as well.
My guests showed up and there was stool in the toilet, food left in the sink, the floors were filthy, the upstairs bathrooms were not cleaned, they folded dirty towels and put them back and the used dirty sheets were never washed and they remade the beds with the same soiled dirty sheets. I called the manager to complain about this and he came after while my guests were already in the house with one mop and took one hour to make one bed. I had to call for help and clean the house myself with a friend while my guests were there. Stay far from this...

This first time experience was excellent. Two cleaners came at the time they had indicated via text with all equipment needed to do a deep clean. They were friendly, professional, hard working, and efficient. Loved what they did. The place sparkled and smelled great. One is returning next month.
