Maid 2 Clean

WOW! I didn't know how badly my house needed a deep clean until I left it to the professionals!! Thank you for all your hard work😊.

Pet hair from 3 cats and 3 dogs (1German Shepard) had gotten way out of hand. Family member had long term illness and brush pets was not on top of priority list. We were drowning in hair. Maid 2 Clean rescued us from drowning in the hair. Wonder not having hair bunnies any more or dog grim on walls. Thank you so much

The team was thorough cleaning the apartment. As I entered the apartment I was able to breathe the cleanliness. The person that rented my apartment had two German Shepherds and apparently didn't believe in cleaning anything.
The air conditioners had packs of hair and every nook and cranny had dander galore. Thanks to Maid 2 Clean my apartment is liveable again.

Scott, the owner was gracious enough to offer services when no one else could help out due to the circumstances of current situation (no help for small business is available). I have a short term rental property and have only had 2 turnovers so far, but his team has been meticulous, and they provide high quality service. I'm quite pleased and hope we can continue to work together for years to come! Kim

Angela did an amazing job on my basement. It never looked cleaner. I would hire her again in a second.

The people who come to do the cleaning are very nice and professional. The problem is with the management of the company. The prices are quite high but they still spam you with multiple emails and texts encouraging you to tip.

Scheduling is a nightmare. Even if you request the same person each visit, they will send random people to your home.

They only respond to calls and emails when they feel like it, but if they need something on their end they have no reservations about blowing up your phone, even on a Sunday morning.

Overall I would give this 5 stars for the cleaning, but 0 for the management.
