Maid 2 Clean

My mother hired this cleaning service in May 2024. I had just given birth to twins and she hired them to clean my house as a surprise for me for when I came home from the hospital.

According to my mother, the girl who came to clean spent 30 minutes cleaning the area around my microwave which wasn’t even dirty. She didn’t clean the floors in an entire area of the house, and she was on her phone the entire time.

My mother was contacted by the company afterwards to ask how her cleaning service was and my mother was honest and said it was unprofessional and poor. The man offered a half-hearted apology and that was it.

When I came home from the hospital (which was the day after the house cleaning), the area around my sink was dirty and the floors didn’t even look like they had been cleaned.

My mother should have demanded her money back...
