First cleaning somewhat satisfactory. Second cleaning was speed cleaning with fair result (missed cleaning some things). Last cleaning so so. Not what I expected for the money.

I don't feel like I was getting the value for the cost. It started good and when they changed cleaners it went down hill.

On five separate occasions we had to correct this team about not completing their job and/or poor quality of work. I do NOT recommend. When they messed up, they cost me nearly $500 because I had to comp someone a night due to the poor job they did. M2C would not reimburse me. After that, we replaced them.
