I had 2 people clean my home... Francis and Jessica and let me tell you, from the time Francis walked in my home I knew she was going to do a great job. She was VERY respectful, her energy was great. She knew what she came to do and I felt like I can trust her in my home... but in the other hand, not sure what Jessica came to do, she was complaining she was tired most of the time, while on her phone. Every room she cleaned Francis had to touch up, unfortunately because Francis had to touch up after Jessica was so called cleaning, she didn't get a chance to touch up my downstairs bathroom. I had 10 windows to get cleaned Jessica was using a duster instead of the right cleaning supplies. I am very disappointed and I don't think I will be using you guys anymore.
