Maid 2 Clean

Rebecca was our home cleaner today. She was timely, personable & hard working. We’re looking forward to seeing her every 2 weeks.

BEWARE!! Invest your money in a reliable company! I wouldn't give this company not even one star. Steve (office manager) came over to our home , promised and guaranteed that we would be satisfied with the cleaning. Also promised that if we were not satisfied with the cleaning that he would send a crew back to the house without a charge. He kept in touch until we chose to hire them. The day of the cleaning, we met the young lady who ensured she was going to clean everything. Upon our return to the house, and inspecting the house, our socks went from white to black (dirty). The floors were sticky which means she mopped the floor using the same dirty water for all floors. There were dog hairs all over the 1st floor which means she didn't vacuum. There were stains on the floor. She didn't even do a spot check. Steve became a ghost after we tried calling him multiple times at...

The cleaning person gets a star for having such a great attitude..Now the service was not the best a few things wasn’t done first floor had so much dog hair. we still had floor marks in the bathroom from a week ago still on the floor I did a before and after video I sent to Maid to Clean but the most disturbing thing was my floors being mopped with dirty water soon after the tech left I came walked in my white sock and as you can see in the pic my floors are filthy look at the dirty water not good for business..I sent pic to the company and not even a call ..

A defiant pass in this one. I suggest this place to a dear friend of mine who has a disabled husband for them to come out and less then an hour later for Ricky to call and say he can’t do it because of a bug. This was not told to my friend or myself before taking a $300 deposit for a deep clean. Now we can not go anywhere else because of that deposit. Very unprofessional! I will never suggest this company ever to anyone else. Both women were extremely unprofessional as well. Stay far away!
