Overall I had a very good experience with Magnified Home Inspections. The home inspector Louis was very thorough and addressed any concerns I had with the property. I received a 50 page inspection report detailing his findings along with causes and solutions for each issue. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated the breakdown and quality of his report. I highly recommend Magnified Home Inspections and will definitely contact them in the future for advice/references.

Magnified Home Inspections is awesome. Louis Nero Jr. is the sole inspector (I think he will be adding more one day because he's that good.) He was friendly, informative and promptly returned our phone call. He planned ahead (IE: getting the Radon machine into the home before hand so that he could have the result the day of the inspection.) On the hottest day of the year, Lou spent 3 hours going into and out of a 3,000sq. ft. house. He was on the roof (where he took his time in spite of it being over 100 degrees,) in the attic outside on his knees looking under and around everything. He took many pictures and pointed out things to us the entire time we were there. His report came less than 24 hours later and was 64 pages! It was not only a list of things that needed immediate attention before closing (safety concerns like a wobbly handrail) but it was also a "punch list"...
