I go in, there’s almost no donuts on the shelf. They say they can get what I needed in a timely manner, in a way, they did. I ordered two dozen donuts for my coworkers. When I get to work, the one donuts I requested were not in the box. I call and the lady I spoke with was very rude. In her head because I wasn’t charged extra for what I requested, they had nothing to fix. Money isn’t the issue, customer service is. She acted as she wanted to resolve the problem but she really didn’t. In her mind, it’s about the money and not the customer service. Bills donuts over this place any day of the week.
