I had a decent sized install completed recently and Sean, Eric and the rest of the team did a great job from the design, to a clear concise estimate to installation. The followed up on the installation and double checked everything and made tweaks as necessary. I'm confident in their services and expertise.

Addition: So 1 year later we had a strange issue with the fixtures used. Eric came out right away and swapped the defective units out to fix the issues. The parts were warrantied for 7 years, but Lux was kind enough to not charge me for labor due to the issue. They stand by their work and products, even when something unforeseen happened. That's customer service.

Eric Cross and the Lux Landscape Lighting team took their idea of a great set up for our landscape and house uplighting and ran with it! We could not be any happier! Eric is a genuinely amazing nice guy and is very creative about what he did with it. It looks fabulous and they were so easy to work with. They work hard and it shows in the outcome!! Happy, Happy, Happy. Professional Prompt and they know what they are doing. Eric showed up as promised and helped save an older lighting system from the land fill. I have a large set of lights about 12 years old cut and patched throughout the years. Eric assessed the situation and my desire not to just rip it out and put in a new one. Highly recommend. There is a reason I did not just call a landscaper this time I went to the expert (Eric)…you should too.

We recently had a deck rebuilt and our landscape lighting was disrupted. We were able to get a consultation from LUX within a week. Eric was very knowledgeable and thorough. He assessed the problems quickly, replaced bulbs, reset the timers and the lighting makes a huge difference in our yard. I highly recommend this company.
