Luv a Rug just cleaned my area rug (cream colored background) and it came back spotless. It really looks brand new! It smelks fresh and clean, has been treated to repel dirt and stains and the cost was so reasonable (less than I anticipated) and it was back in my home in a week and a half. Exceptional service and knowledgeable at an exceptional price. My mother contacted Dusty for a quote on cleaning 5 Persian area rugs that hadn’t been cleaned in almost 40 years. Not only was his quote extremely reasonable, he was very knowledgeable about the various types of rugs and provided a very reasonable turnaround time on the service. He offered free pickup and return which served her well given her mobility restrictions. The rugs came back in exceptional condition. Like new! Almost didn’t recognize one that had been in a high traffic area for 40 years. So pleased with the results and highly recommend Dusty and his team for any rug cleaning services!

We live in Nanaimo and had to have our 8x10 area rug cleaned. They do home pickup and drop off if you don't live in Victoria. A courier picked up the rug the next day, and then two days later we had it back wrapped up neatly in plastic.
We've had this rug for 5 years and never had it cleaned, but they had it looking as good as if it were brand new. Would definitely use their services again!

I have taken 2 rugs to Luv-A-Rug in the last couple of years. One was an old Afghan war rug that my husband and I had purchased overseas many years ago. It definitely was in need of a clean, especially the fringe, and of repair along the edges. Dusty warned me that they might not be able to get the light-coloured fringe totally back to its original colour as it was quite stained. When I went to pick up the rug, I was really impressed. The fringe looked beautiful and the repair done on the edges was awesome. Looking at it made me remember why we had purchased it in the first place....
