Dusty was excellent to deal with! We had a rug that is been very well used by our family and dogs and it came out spotless.. Literally no spots from muddy pays and toddler mess. We took all of our many rugs into Luv-A-Rug. Our rugs look amazing and the company was prompt and professional. Dusty even taught us a bit about each of our rugs when we brought them in. When we had a small issue with one of our rugs, Luv-A-Rug took our rug back and fixed it free of charge. We will continue to use Luv-A-Rug for all of our area rug cleaning services.
