I have taken my rugs twice to Luv-A-Rug. They did a great job cleaning them, but they also told me a bunch about the rugs and got me to appreciate them all the more.

I have to say that Dusty was very accommodating in taking care of my area rug cleaning. I came to his business on a day they were closed (my mistake), but the door was open with Dusty there and he excepted me in as if he was open. When I came back to pick up the rug (earlier than promised) a few days later, I was a little late past his open hours and again Dusty was happy to help and got me taken care of. Great service, great quality of work as my carpet is noticeably cleaner and feels, once again, soft to the touch. Can't say enough good things!
