This was a great experience. I feel like the owner really knows oriental rugs. He was so careful to lay out all of the things needed. My rug came back in superb condition. I have two other rugs that I will be bringing to him when I can afford the next clean job. Excellent all around and highly recommended.

We have taken our rugs to Luv-A-Rug for years now and have always been impressed with their care and attention to all types of rugs. We have had several rugs stained by animals and wine and they always come back clean and looking like new!!! This is the third rug we've had cleaned at Luv-A-Rug Services. And this is the third time I'm super impressed with how it turned out and what the difference was with when we brought it in. The first rug was polyester and 10 years old (never cleaned). The second rug was wool, 8x11 and starting to show its age (50-60 years), so it needed to be treated carefully but cleaned thoroughly. The third rug 8x11 cream shag, purchased second-hand and desperately in need of cleaning, de-odorizing and dog hair all over and in it. These were not easy rugs to clean, but all of them have come back in as-new condition, with fresh colours, stains and odours gone, hair gone, and soft as can be.
