I recently brought in a yellow, thick shag carpet to be cleaned. Keep in mind that the rug was originally white, until our new dog decimated it with urine. And the smell... oh the smell...
We really loved the rug and had spent a lot of money on it, so we decided to give Luv-A-Rug a try, based on a recommendation.
I cannot say enough god things about Dusty and his team. The rug was literally like new when I got it back, not a stain or smell at all. And I checked with a fine tooth comb!
We were so happy we brought our other area rug in for a clean as well. They even patched a hole free of charge!
You WILL NOT be disappointed if you decide to take your beloved rug to these professionals.

This is the second time that Dusty and his crew have cleaned our carpets. We have 2 large and several smaller Aubusson carpets. As before, they look like brand new and so beautiful when he delivered them. Friends who were visiting and had seen them years ago remarked on how wonderful they looked. Definitely will use Luv-A-Rug in the future.
