I called on a Monday. They were closed Sundays and Mondays so I found out, but Dusty was there doing something so he told me if I could make it there by 1:30 he'd take my rum stained welcome mat and put it in the to do cycle. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was told it would take a week from Tuesday but I got a call on Saturday that it was ready for pick up. This is so much better than dealing with a large business entity. I encourage one and all to Luv-A-Rug it all the way to 445 Beta Street. You'll love the place.

I have a very nice Chinese made rug with a very high thread count. We have been taking this rug to love a rug for as long as they have been in Victoria. We have a cat that loves to dispose of his meal on this carpet. After 16 years of this behavior the rug still looks like new thanks to Luv-A-Rug. Don't be fooled by other cleaning companies. We came upon this company by chance and were glad we did. A really nice rug becomes part of your home and lifestyle and deserves taking good care of. These guys obviously love what they do and are proud of their work and deservidly so.

We bought condo and the bedroom carpet had a very bad stain from the previous owners. Dusty from Luv-a-Rug came out to see and felt that the only way to fix it was to cut out the offending area and stick in a clean piece of carpet. He recommended Rene from Mouse Flooring. He came very promptly and did a really excellent job. Dusty also gave us a bottle of "Spotter" to clean (as far as possible) the piece that was cut out. I can really recommend both Dusty and Rene if you have a difficult carpet problem.
