My partner, Heinz, inherited a number of rugs that had been in continuous use for over thirty years and they definitely needed a good cleaning. I was impressed with the care and attention shown to both Heinz and his carpets. We now know a lot more about the history and quality of our rugs and appreciated the recommendations regarding repairs to some of the carpets.
