Luv-a-rug is the only place I will go to. Not only are they professional they are very knowledgeable about the make/blend of area rugs just by looking at them. Not to mention that they try hard to get the rug back to you as quickly as they can. One last thing, they also give recommendations for home care which is so important. Thanks luv-a-rug!

Boys and Girls Club of Greater Victoria is profoundly grateful for the years of service Dusty and his crew at Luv a Rug have given us! When you have young children romping on rugs day after day they get pretty filthy. Dusty and his crew have brought these rugs back to life time and time again. His willingness to meet me on his time off to pick up a used rug that I have just purchased, and return it to one of our Club locations shiny and clean, is wonderful! He has also offered us free, freshly cleaned rugs that have been donated to him for us to use in any of our various Club locations. And he will do the transporting!
HIs generosity and caring for the work done shows his strong community spirit. What a fantastic company!

Wow. Luv a rug has cleaned my horse blankets and they are cleaner than new! I just put them on for the first time this year. The repairs look great and the waterproofing is amazing. I brought my horse in from pouring rain and the blanket had a few tiny beads of water but was otherwise completely dry. Thank you luv a rug.

What an amazing small business. These men love carpets and took outstanding care of several precious Tibetan, Chinese and Nepali rugs for us. They explained in detail the uniqueness of each rug and even were able to show on a map where the carpets were likely made. I was so grateful for the loving care and truly exceptional results.

It's a great service for rugs.

We brought an 8x10 area rug into the shop. It was unbelievably dirty. Years of kids with dirty feet, muddy shoes, spills and general abuse made us think it couldn't be cleaned. We took it in to Luv-a-Rug and even they thought it'd be a challenge. After chatting with Dusty and his crew, it was obvious that these guys knew what they were doing and were passionate about their business. When we returned to pick up the rug, they rolled it out for us to have a look at, and the results were absolutely amazing! Looked like a brand new rug. We would recommend these guys any time! Great service at a reasonable price.

Outstanding rug service! They know how to wash wool rugs and get pet urine/odors out if needed. No need to call around trying to find the cheapest estimate in the area unless that's the kind of service you want. One call to Luv a Rug and you will be covered with all your Rug Care needs. They can also customize rug padding to fit your rugs. Highly recommend!

Luvarug and Dusty are the best experience we've had with carpet cleaning. Dusty knows carpet! they say what they'll do & then they DO what they say. No excuses, waiting, nothing but satisfaction.
