Luv-A-Rug did a fantastic job cleaning my dad's EXTREMELY dirty carpet. They worked extra hard to get out some very tough stains - it looks like a completely different carpet. As an extra bonus, they very very knowledgeable about the quality of the rug - something we were unaware of before bringing it in. Thanks a million!

What can I say, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my wool rug! The whole team does amazing work and "dusty" knows so much about area rugs he's a true professional.
They did a great job on the wool rug and even put a protective layer on it for me. The biggest shock to me was how clean and new my synthetic rug came out. It had stains I thought would be impeded forever but they got them all out!
My favorite part is you can text dusty a picture of a rug and he can tell you everything about it and give a quote.

We purchased a large rug from the Auction. On the recommendation of the Auctioneers, I phoned Dusty the following morning as we did not have the vehicle to transport the large piece. He not only picked up our rug and cleaned it, but delivered it free of charge and with the help of his son placed it into position. We highly recommend Dusty and his staff - they are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

We recently brought our soiled rug to Luv-A-Rug and were extremely pleased with the results. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional and conveyed exactly what the process would entail. There were some significant stains on the rug and although they did not guarantee they could remove all of them the results were simply amazing. We also received a brief history on the origins of our carpet. They have given new life to our valued rug, Thanks so much, you ROCK!
