I brought in 2 area rugs that were very badly stained by dogs (we had 3 and one was an old male who marked everything). Luv_a_Rug cleaned both of them beautifully; one with no smell, stains or discoloration, the other they couldn't get the yellowing out of the carpet (which they advised up front) but the smell is gone and the carpet looks fresh and almost new!

They also wrapped my carpets in plastic for storage and gave me a complimentary rug stain remover and advised on the best way to deal with pet stains. (I only have 1 dog now).

They did a great job and I would recommend them anytime. They even recommended an expert to shampoo my carpets (which I have yet to do).

I brought the area rug from my home office to clean, and remove the hair and stains from my dog that loves to lie down beside me when I work.
Dusty and his staff did an awesome job removing the stains which I had been unable to do with store bought products.The work was done on time, and the carpet looked like new when I picked it up. The price was quite reasonable for the great cleaning job.

I strongly recommend Luv-A-Rug to anyone that that needs their rugs cleaned.

Would also like to mention that Dusty is very personable and a great guy to deal with. No doubt, I will be bringing the same rug for cleaning once again to Dusty's, as my dog still hangs out with me in my home office on the same carpet.

Have brought a couple rugs in in the past year. They brought one back to life and it looks great. The other was too far gone and they were honest with me about my expectations and suggested that it would be more cost effective to get a new rug. They do great work and I appreciate their honesty.

A national cleaning company damaged our bamboo silk rug when they attempted to clean it. We took it to Luv-a-rug who carefully recorded the damage (a large brown stain which had not previously been there) and they took two weeks to carefully put everything right.
They are not cheap but I believe they are the best in the city, particullarly when handling delicate rugs. I will never use anyone else to clean my precious area rugs.

Prompt , friendly and most important they did a great job. I would recommend them.

Luv-A-Rug did a super good job on my stained Afghan carpet....it looked like new when I picked it up...great service ,pleasant helpful guys...
