Cat used the corners of my 30 year old Belgium carpet under the chairs for a litter box, badly staining carpet and fringe, as well as shreaded fringe. Had carpets cleaned, fringe removed from the two ends and had all four edges re-bound. Looks like new and absolutely no smell. Dusty was great to deal with, explaining all the issues with the carpet and the best method to deal with them. Overall very happy with my experience with Luv-A-Rug and would highly recommend. :-)

My heirloom rug needed a tremendous amount of care and I was not sure if it was possible to clean and restore after the amount of pet, specifically cat, damage it had sustained. I am very happy with "my new rugs". These were rugs that my mother no longer needed and I am not sure if they were ever cleaned. They look wonderful! Great friendly service when we arrived yesterday to pick up the rugs. Hopefully do not have to use the spot remover but appreciated being able to pay for this liquid cleaner by contributing to the SPCA. I would not hesitate to recommend Luv-A-Rug.
