We live in an big old house in Oak Bay and we love the look of hardwood and area rugs. We could not do without LuvaRug to keep all those rugs clean and repaired. We have used them twice - once to expertly remove a fringe from a machine-milled wool area rug and replace it with a straight seam (which they did brilliantly). They also packed the rug for storage, as we had to store it for a year while we sublet our home. The second time they cleaned the same rug after a minor disaster in our basement (ruptured hot water tank) and again the results were first-rate.

This is a great community-based business to support. If you have a fine rug of value you can entrust it to their care.

This business is stellar! I love the way the owner makes sure you are happy by sending follow up emails and even doing special pick ups! He is a mensch, which is Yiddish for a kind person. He donates his time and money to supporting refugees and cleaned all the carpets in the Victoria Schools! AMAZING! My rugs are always cleaned well and very professionally. I highly recommend Dusty and Luv a Rug.
