Great business and excellent service - this is the place to go to get your area rugs cleaned- amazing results!

Our Belgian wool rug is in our living room where foot traffic, spilled food and wine and the occasional out-of-bounds cat leave their marks. We love the results of the cleaning done by Luv-A-Rug. Also, their aftercare service is excellent. They really try to take care of and please the customer.

Wasn't sure if our rug would be able to be used again it was so dirty, got these guys to clean it looks brand new!!

I picked up my cream wool area rug today which is a European import and could not believe the appearance!! It is fantastic. I have had this rug for possibly 25 years or more, and of course have had it cleaned many times, but it now looks like it did when I originally bought it, for the first time!! I was contemplating getting rid of it ---- but not any more!! I also have a large cream wool living room rug - and now I know who I will get to clean it when the time comes - and they pick up on Saturdays!!
On top of this they were very nice to deal with.
They get a "Highly Recommended" from me.

Carpets are in better condition then when bought! are better than new!

Very casual, friendly place. We brought in a wool rug with minor staining and a bit of wear. They were very clear in setting our expectations for what could be done to rejuvenate it, and the results were in line with those expectations. It's not perfect but was worth the effort and $$. Appreciate the cleaner we were given with excellent instructions.
Also want to really applaud them for their support of schools and the SPCA--really community oriented business and they should be proud of that.
