We bought a British Indian carpet on Used Victoria for $100. It was really dirty and smelled like a dog. We had it cleaned twice, but it still smelled. We decided to try Luvarug, after reading how they cleaned the school's carpets for free. Thanks to Dusty's crew, our carpet is now properly cleaned and looks great!

In addition to a very thorough cleaning which made our carpet much brighter, Luv-A-Rug also did some minor repair work on the fringe (gratis). I can barely tell where the repair was done, meaning it was very well done. I would highly recommend this service.

This is the third time I have used Luv-A-Rug and the fact that I return each time indicates that I am very happy with how clean my rugs are, and with the courteous and helpful service. I have invested in my rugs and I want knowledgeable professionals to clean them properly so that they retain the beauty that they had when purchased. Luv-A-Rug knows rugs and despite dogs and the age of a couple of them, they return my rugs in excellent condition.

We bought some used carpets that were not as clean as we thought. They have cone up beautifully with Luv a rug. We chose them as they do a really nice job. I also like the fact that they are very generous to school teachers and preschools.
We hope not to use their guarantee but are happy it’s available.

My rug had been used in the kitchen of a very creative and careless cook. It was a visual diary of many happy meals but the diary was very stained and dirty! I chose Luv-a-Rug because they had done a very good job for me in the past and I was not disappointed. They warned of potential damage in the cleaning process due to the manufacture of the rug but none happened. The rug was beautifully cleaned, on time and very cheerfully. This is a good company.
