Our cat left urine stains on our rug that we could not get out. We tried multiple home remedies (baking soda, vinegar, etc) and off the shelf products, but the smell remained and was overpowering. We took the rug to Luv-A-Rug and they were fantastic! The rug looked new when we picked it up, but the best part was they got the smell out, too! I was completely impressed and will take any future issues to them. Do yourself a favor and trust the experts.

We have been using Luv-a-Rug for many years. They are exceptionally professional and highly skilled. I have had a number of accidents, including a bad wine stain and they have always handled the problems beautifully. I had no reservations in sending in a VERY expensive rug last week. It had not been cleaned in many years. The pick-up and return was right on schedule and the cleaning cost of the silk and wool rug was surprisingly low. I strongly recommend Luv-a-Rug for your rug/Carpet cleaning work. They are certainly the best cleaners on the Island!!

Luv A Rug Was recommended to me when I bought my diningroom rug several years ago and I have used them ever since. This year the rug was very dirty (our big dog lies on one end to look out the window). It also needed some repair as the binding was coming off. What I did not know was that the moths had just started in one conner. The rug now looks fantastic and the only problem is keeping Boomer off it. thanks for the super job and great service

We recently used the services of Luv-A-Rug to clean and repair our family heirloom Chinese rugs that had been in storage for some 25 years. They were stained, musty, dirty and had fringes that had been frayed and "eaten" by vacuum cleaners over the years. It was likely 50 years since they had been last cleaned!
