We brought a filthy wool rug in to Dusty and his team. It had many years of pet stains & kid dirt all over it and I had little hope that any of it would come out. The results far exceeded my expectation. It is evident as soon as you walk through the door that these guys are passionate about carpets. It shows in their service and in the results.

Service excellent, rug cleaned on promised schedule. Cleaning was somewhat more expensive than I had thought, about 20 % of the original price of the rug - but now we have a silk on silk 20 year old high quality beautiful rug for man years. A stain from water from a plant on the bug could not be fully removed without loss of original colour of the rug but this was what I had expected in any case.

My boyfriend and I brought a very dirty rug to Dusty and the Luv-A-Rug team not expecting anything amazing considering the carpet had seen countless spills and dirty shoes. The carpet came back looking brand new! Dusty and the luv-a-Rug team were very professional and their customer service was great. There work exceeded our expectations and we will for sure be returning in the future. They really Loved our rug, and so do we again!
