great service and amazing results

I brought a childhood rug to Luv-A-Rug that had been severely water damaged and forgotten in a basement. The backing of the rug would literally fall off in your hand. Dusty was very open and professional. We removed the old backing and he fixed some spots on the rug that were starting to unravel as it was not a particularly great quality rug. Dusty never gave up hope on the rug, which I really appreciated since it has high sentimental value to me. Now, it's been properly repaired and I'm so glad that it was taken care of. Thank you, Dusty!

Okay I phoned them up a week ago to get my carpets cleaned and some sofas. Had an appointment for estimate. NO ONE SHOWED UP. Phoned twice, first time, 30 minutes after appointment time, they said guy would get back, he didn't, second time an hour after appointment time I canceled appointment. Used the excuse they had contracted out my service. First off you didn't tell me that you contracted out your clients, i did not agree to that nor did I know, and secondly making someone wait for an hour and not being on top of what you are doing is really poor customer service. I strongly suggest going to another company that shows basic responsibility towards their customers. DO NOT USE
