If there were more stars I would give them. My grandparents' 1930s oriental rug was given a whole new lease on life. And the knowledge about where it came from that Dusty gave me was a huge bonus. Then the Navajo rug from the same era - well, I can't say enough. The whole team is full of joy and passion for what they do, a deep commitment to customer service, not because they should but because it is who they are.

Have used Luv-A-Rug for many years to clean my large rugs to my latest- a 2x3 prayer rug. Each one is rolled out for me to inspect upon pickup. I've had rugs picked up from my home and delivered back as well. They always look so fresh and as new as they can for their age and wear. Very knowledgeable and their take time . Highly recommend 😊
