I have been so pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning that Luv a Rug did on my 4 area carpets! I recommend them to anyone who wants to have their carpets cleaned !

My rug was filthy. Our dogs had peed on it numerous times. I think it is a 10/12’ carpet and the spaces that were walked on were REALLY dirty. I was told when I brought it in that they probably wouldn’t be able to get it clean (it was that bad!).
When I went to pick it up and Dusty showed it to me, I was VERY pleased. They had done an awesome job! It was like new. I’m not kidding. LIKE NEW! I will recommend Luv-a-Rug to all my friends! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I brought In our living room area rug that had unfortunately been victim to a couple of cats. Dusty was fabulous! He was very helpful and obviously very knowledgable. The carpet feels and smells like new! We are happy and grateful to Dusty and his team, all of whom were very kind. Added bonus: they helped me carry the carpet in and loaded it back into my car...the customer service of this team is top notch!! I would totally recommend them!

Dusty was helpful and friendly and brainstormed with me about some ideas of how to chop up an existing area rug to make 3 separate ones!! They turned out amazing and only took a couple of weeks!! Thanks Dusty & luv a rug 😎
The only reason I didn't give 4 stars is because this rug was new and they would not work on it unless it was cleaned (Dusty explained the color difference in some areas was because it was dirty so I thought I had purchased it that way) and it does not look any different after being cleaned?
Still would use them again 😌
