We chose Luv a Rug somewhat at random and were totally pleased with the result. We had a number of carpets that were dirty from heavy traffic and required cleaning. A major coffee spill precipitated action. Dusty came by for an estimate and sold us on his knowledgeability and on the quality of his work, so we took our chance. When the rugs came back, they were almost as good as new. Dusty pointed out a spot where he had been unable to entirely remove the coffee stain. Good thing he did because we probably would not have noticed it otherwise. He helped place the carpet to minimize the impact of the nearly invisible mark. We appreciate the straightforward honesty and integrity delivered. We will definitely use Luv a Rug services again.

I took 2 commercial rugs from my condo building to get cleaned. Both rugs had some horrible stains that 2 residential carpet cleaning companies failed at cleaning. Luv-A-Rug saved us from having to pay $800 to replace them, because the stains are gone, Wow!

I am very happy with the service we received from Luv-A-Rug, I obtained a lovely very large rug for free, i needed to have it cleaned before we put it down. I contacted Steve as he was a friend form my past. Due to the size of the rug 10x14 feet we were not able to bring the rug to the business. Steve, did not hesitate to come out to our place and do a estimate, he also took the rug with him. Our rug was cleaned, and the fringes were removed because of damage. When our rug was completed, once again Steve gave us incredible service. He delivered it back to use and brought it into our house. Thank you Steve and staff, we appreciate your service.
