We have a large Persian rug that we've had cleaned twice by Love A Rug and the last time they also repaired an area on it. Their service is wonderful and they are so knowledgeable. They also carry it into the shop for us and back out to our car. Important when it's a 9' X 12' wool rug. We will definitely take our rug back there again and trust them completely to do another fine job.

Great service very impressed with how the rug came out it looked brand new. No lingering odors, pet stains or dirt. I would have no problems recommending luv-a-rug to anyone. Thanks again was a pleasure doing business with you.

The company owner sent me a full refund which was greatly appreciated and shows their good will towards their customers and that they keep their word. Thank you Dusty, as far as I am concerned, I learned something from all this: to leave antique tapestries alone and if I need something done by a certain date to not rely on timetables given but to explicitly state so.

I chose Love-a-rug after reading all the excellent reviews here, to take a 50 year old Belgian tapestry, a family heirloom for cleaning. It was sent to us as a wedding gift from family in Belgium and was supposed to be part of the wedding decor.
I talked with Dusty over the phone to ask whether this is something they did and he reassured me they had a lot of experience with tapestries, so I brought it in.
He told me they would first color test it to see whether it could withstand...

We've been bringing our carpets to Luv-A-Rug for years now. Dusty and his crew are the most experienced and knowlegable carpet cleaners in town. They've also done incredible work when our precious carpets have needed some repairs. They've helped solved our pet-stain issues countless times! We were recently living temporarily in the north and had to resort to a local carpet cleaner there. Sadly, our lovely white wool carpet yellowed and looked very sad following that cleaning. Upon our return to Victoria, we took that carpet and others back to Luv-A-Rug for their TLC treatment. We're so happy to have our treasured white carpet was restored to its original beauty. Was able to tackle beyond just rugs! Helped me out with moth treatment on some old wool uniforms and cleaning a small chair. Professional, fast and above all, knows what they're doing. Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

Luv a Rug cleaned a no. of rugs for me these past months as again, I have hard wood floors and wanted to both warm up the space and muffle sound. My adventures took me to consignment stores, Value Village and a garage sale, finding the 'perfect' rugs for my space .
If I had not known of what 'miracles' Luv a Rug can achieve with a dirty, sometimes slightly moth-eaten wool rug, I would have missed out on some excellent finds!
Supporting a local business is important to me as well as pleasant, knowledgeable service, and, I now have 'refurbished' rugs which are a pleasure to have in my home!
