I was buying a new rug for under the kitchen table. I also have three grandchildren. With great good humor a free carpet protector treatment was offered. I happily accepted. The rug was even carried in and out of the shop.

My rug looks beautiful! It was in a high traffic area with kids and pets...it really needed a good clean and it now looks brand new. Great service and fair prices. I will be back!

They saved my couch cushions from a stain disaster. I had to make sure they vacuumed off a bunch of leftover bits from their machine which attached themselves to my items- which they did happily. They literally saved my couch and I am grateful.

I took three large British India rugs to Luv-A-Rug recently to have them cleaned. Two of them had been in my office and had been exposed to heavy foot traffic. One of them had been in a storage locker for a lengthy period of time and had droppings from rodents on it. Dusty and his team did a wonderful job of cleaning the rugs. They look brand new and I will be putting them in my new home in the near future. Kudos to Dusty and his team.

They are so wonderful. It was easy to come and drop it off. It was even ready well before the expected date. Generous of them to provide a service for the Victoria school district.

Dusty and his crew did a terrific job of cleaning a cherished area rug we brought back from our travels in Turkey. They are the EXPERTS and I highly recommend them.

We have a wool rug that is part of the family. It was getting close to Christmas and we left getting it cleaned a bit too late. Luv-A-Rug did a great job of squeezing us in and got it back to us on Christmas Eve.

Communication on phone and in person was friendly and professional and the company went above and beyond in providing not only a almost-like-new clean rug but in doing some repairs to the edges / fringe which were excellently done.
