Luv-A -Rug gave us great service - we were heading out on vacation and needed a rug cleaned.
They promised to clean it by Christmas and when we forgot to call them but then called on Christmas Eve they stayed open so we could pick it up and bring it home for Christmas. They did a great job and were super helpful

EXCELLENT Service! -- Luv-A-Rug cleaned my two oriental rugs that I had purchased in Turkey. The owner knew immediately the quality of rug and could tell me what the rugs were worth. Which was a relief as when I purchased the rugs while visiting Turkey I was not sure if I had overpaid. The owner is very knowledgeable about rugs and cleaning and was able to fix a small tear I had in the carpet. I would highly recommend Luv-A-Rug!

Very happy with the result! Had an issue where a family member’s dog peed on the rug, and then we tried to clean ourselves but only made it worse with water staining. Dusty and team made it look brand new!

Took An area rug soiled with pet urine stain to Luv-A-Rug for cleaning and was quite amazed how clean it came out. It was as good as new. The service was great great and fast. Cost was as estimated. Conveniently located.

We have a 10 year old rug we bought in Turkey. I had not been babied at all and our 100 lb dog loved to sleep on it. We took it down to Victoria na d Luv-A-Rug made it look like new. It was amazing how much better it looked. Great service for a reasonable price in one week. We will not hesitate to recommend them and will get it in sooner next time.

I have used Luv-A-Rug before and have always thought them expert at their business. But when I took in a new synthetic rug with a large yellow stain from my dog throwing up I thought even they couldn't fix it. I was wrong! I just got my rug back and it's like new again. I highly recommend Luv-A-Rug! They're great with natural fibre rugs as well but the synthetics can be tricky to cleanf. They just know what they're doing - no job too big or small!

I took 2 commercial rugs from my condo building to get cleaned. Both rugs had some horrible stains that 2 residential carpet cleaning companies failed at cleaning. Luv-A-Rug saved us from having to pay $800 to replace them, because the stains are gone, Wow!
