We love our rugs and we love Dusty and his team. He brought our rugs back to life.

They've washed two rugs for us -- a Baluchistan original and an ordinary store-bought polyester mat. Both came out clean as a whistle!

We took a very old rug into Luv A Rug for cleaning and some repair. Two weeks later we received the most beautiful carpet - Dusty and Mohammed did an outstanding job - revealing carpet colors and patterns that we didn't know were there. Above and beyond. Very personable service and great result. Our puppy chewed a large hole into our hand woven rug from Oaxaca (lots of intricate designs woven in). I was mostly hoping for a repair that would stop the rug from unraveling. My eyes nearly popped out of my head when I saw the result - we had to look really hard to find the repair. I am still not 100% we have identified the repair because of the natural variability in the colour of the rug. Really excellent work and for a very reasonable price.
