Brought in my horse blanket for a clean and re-apply rain protection. They were very responsive in friendly when responding to my calls. Blanket was done quickly and was very pleased with the overall results.

We have gone to Lug a Rug for years and always happy with the results. After this cleaning our older rug looks great. Along with the cleaning they gave us some advise on how to make the rug last longer and options to repair the edging in future.

I went to Luv-a-Rug to thank Dusty for his wonderful community service work, especially he and his team's pro bono cleaning of rugs in elementary school classrooms. I had such a warm feeling about them, and then when I met Dusty, he gave me a tour of the facility, showed me how they clean the rugs, explained the process, provided a seminar on the "care and feeding" of good carpets...I was impressed with the generosity of his information sharing. I had a very good British India wool carpet which needed freshening and cleaning, as well as repair of the fringes. Dusty told me all about the carpet, what he would suggest, the process and repairs he would do. I am beyond thrilled with his service, and can hardly wait to have another carpet to regenerate! Dusty's a great guy - knowledgeable, generous, efficient, and friendly. He cleaned a beautiful vintage Kenyan rug for us and gave me some helpful advice about where to buy other rugs and how to take care of them. Love his company's contributions to the community!
