We had 2 rugs with totally trashed fringes. Dusty and the staff did an outstanding job of removing the fringes and edge-binding the 2 rugs. We didn't want to wash the rugs but luv-a-rug offers the option to professionally remove the dust instead. We wouldn't hesitate to take any other rugs to Dusty and the crew for some tlc. Keep up the good work!

When took a 25 year old Belgian wool rug to Luv-A-Rug we weren't very optimistic that having it cleaned would be enough to make it usable. We were amazed to find that the obviously stellar talents of the Luv-a-Rug crew made the carpet look beautiful again! We can confidently recommend the services of this company!

Coffee and red wine had been spilled on a Berber wool rug. They were old stains and I was sure some residue would remain. What a fabulous cleaning process - it looks like new.
The second rug was polyester and looked quite faded. Luv a Rug did such a great job of cleaning it is bright and new looking. Ta muchly.

They provide quality cleaning, especially for oriental rugs. They carefully remove stains caused by pets; and repair rugs? Great, friendly, safe service.

We bring our rugs from our sailboat to Luvarug every year , for 15 years now!
We have not had one complaints about their work , every year I ask if they can be cleaned as fast as Possible, and every year I get the 6 pieces back , beautifully cleaned , within a few days!

We have been very blessed to have pick up and drop off delivery for our 2 rugs. They came back 'like new' and we are 'beyond' pleased. Cannot recommend this company and Dusty enough.

One day recently , I discovered a moth invasion in my basement, namely of three oriental rugs rolled up and stashed in a corner. I was mortified. One rug I lost to the moths, and two were salvageable. I recalled a friend raving to me about her oriental rug after it had been cleaned by LuvARug, and I knew that is who I had to call. Dusty was there the next day, so swift, to examine them and take them back to his shop.
The rugs got cleaned and de-mothed. They came out beautifully. Colours are rich and vibrant, and the texture is soft and lush. Simply amazing!
To top it off, Dusty is a great guy to deal with. So amenable, so professional, and truly a genuine caring man, who loves what he does, and you can feel it.
