Once again the guys at Luv-A-Rug came through and did a great job cleaning our wool area rug that this time a whole cup of coffee with cream had spilled on last time it was red wine.
I've been using and recommending Luv-A-Rug for many years and will continue to do so, thanks again!

We have used Luv-A-Rug Services several times since moving to Victoria. Our rugs are all silk or wool, and some have been inherited from our parents, which were originally purchased in Europe. When we first asked Rusty to come over to give us an estimate, we were amazed that he seemed to know the place where every rug was made. He cleaned them and repaired them with wonderful results. The last time, as delivering the rugs to him would be a problem, he picked them up, gave us a price, and afterwards delivered them back again. He is cheerful and helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We recommend him highly.
