Quick service. Did an amazing job with the area rug we needed cleaning. Extremely happy with the results.

My blue 100% wool hand knotted area rug was looking dull and discoloured in traffic areas. Luvarug had it picked it up at my door, cleaned it, and returned to my door within 10 days, and it looks amazing. The colour is now as bright as when it was new, and it looks beautiful again. The fringe is bright and clean, and the rug feels soft. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them.

As a newcomer to Victoria, following a major downsizing, I invested in new, much smaller rugs. My favourite was a hooked, wool beauty in patterned pastel shades. Unfortunately, I placed it in an entirely wrong area and it suffered more than its share of abuse - dirty shoes, spilled gravy, wine and who knows what else. One particular section of the rug was absolutely filthy, despite the fact it was less than a year old. It became unbearable to look at. So the only option was to have it cleaned, although I felt less than optimistic about the results. What a revelation when I picked it up. It was unbelievable and looked brand spanking new - not a trace of the nasty stains or dirty marks. Aside from the amazing results achieved by Luv-A-Rug, the cost was reasonable and the service I received was exceptional.

Luv-a-Rug cleaned our 4X6 foot wool rug. The rug is at our front door so gets all the traffic entering the house with all the dirt and mud brought in on shoes and boots. It also had pet stains. We took it to Luv-a-Rug as we had used their services in the past. The rug was ready on time and looked like new - maybe better. They even made minor repairs. We are always impressed with their professionalism and you never leave without advice on how to best care for your rug.
