I found that Luna MicroCare worked best for me when I could leave the sticker on a zit for as long as possible.I have one on the tip of my nose right now actually, and it's been there overnight and well into today! I just used my last one and each time I used the patch, I did notice that my zit calmed down or went away completely. There's also something about the micro darts that feels sooooo good.

Luna Microcare works the best of any pimple patch. The spikes are gentle yet penetrate any zit and every single time it’s significantly improved or almost gone in the morning. It’s not too harsh on the skin. I will continue to buy these forever!
