I have been using Luana's for over a year. They always do a great job, and they work with me when scheduling issues arise on my end. I have had very few logistical issues, and Luana's Day is probably our favorite day of every month! They were my saviors during my postpartum recovery, and their team was actually at my house when I came home from the hospital with our son! They shifted their normal routine so I could get into my bedroom faster and cuddle with our new peanut.
