I am writing this letter to recommend the Real Estate services of one Jake Wells.
I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Wells recently on the sale of a property. In my life I have made many such sales and purchases in several different states, principally due to my travels, but also as investments. Typically these transactions go fairly smoothly with an occasional snag here and there but they can be somewhat onerous and rarely are they appointments that I would look forward to. With Jake the process was a pure pleasure. Our first meeting began with a smile and a strong handshake, but more importantly, Jake was on time to the minute which I find refreshing.
