I came in with bad back pain. Now I feel so much better and have a much wider range of motion. I can do things that once caused me pain with pretty much no pain now. I can also now play volleyball without any distractions that were once caused by my back. I am really happy with my experience here!

Very attentive therapy clinic and knowledgeable about their craft. Very grateful for their efforts in managing my leg pain and I am looking forward to continuing to get better with a lot of the practices I've learned here.

LCST was an awesome experience for my first time ever having to go to physical therapy. These girls work as team like a well oiled machine, each one knowing exactly where you're at in the process and encouraging you and cheering you on as they work with patience and expertise. I would absolutely recommend this facility and am definitely leaving feeling confident in my progress after having full knee replacement. These gals ROCK

Totally disappointed with the visits. Had 10 session for ankle pain but there is no improvement at all. I was told that the number of sessions can be increased. Lost faith. They are very rigid in scheduling all the sessions after the initial evaluation and stern on payments. Did not see any improvement after being punctual for the visits and doing the suggested exercises at home. I have been mentioning that I don't see any improvement at the start of every appointment. I was told, they include dry needling in one of the visits. After 10 visits, when I asked for dry needling, I was told that they do not have dry needling staff. I would not recommend. They are good at taking payments on time but not customizing the exercises as per my need.

LSTC has helped me with my foot pain and I'm able to play softball with minimal pain. Everyone at LSTC was helpfull in my success and I can't thank them all enough. I feel stronger with every visit and I can't recommend them enough.

I have been to Loudoun Sports Therapy Center several times. I keep coming back because they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Currently, I am in therapy for a frozen shoulder. I actually have only one more day of therapy, and I am about 98 % better. My range of motion and strength in my arm is almost normal. I can do all of my daily tasks with minimal pain. With a continuation of the exercises at home, I should be at 100 % very soon. Thank you LSTC!!!
