Lou sold our house, at asking price, in less than a week! We were initially concerned the asking might price might be a little high, but Lou had such a good feel for the current market and was confident in his ability. We were moving out of state; so, such a successful sale really put us in a good position to transition and eased a lot of stress.

On that note, we had already relocated prior to the house being listed and Lou was extremely helpful with setting up appointments prior to the showing to get the house ready and even did a lot of work in his own. He continued to be extremely helpful as we worked through the home inspection leading to a smooth closing.
