Long Island Obgyn Associates

Front desk staff is a big issue in this office. They are very unprofessional they dont help when needed and get an attitude when they are the ones making the mistakes. I think in an office staff is very important its the first impression that counts. They are justify by the Dr. Anyways, so choices are looking for another Gyn.

Been coming here for years, Stacy PA and Dr. Goldstein are amazing at what they do and very knowledgeable. Most of the administrative staff is very helpful especially Alyssa. Appointment scheduling is usually easy going. Wait times can be long, better off with a morning appointment.

Dr. Goldstein is an absolute pleasure and very helpful. I appreciate how they run on time, and always answer any questions I may have.

The doctors are great, however the front desk has terrible customer service. Always annoyed when they have to work.Thinking of looking for another office. Very unprofessional.
