Dr. Ramirez is stuck up in my honest opinion. Often keeping you waiting a hour upon arrival. the overbooking is terrible. I never experienced something like this in my life. I would advise anybody who reads this to stay away because of the bad over booking. As well as the Dr. Ramirez is often cocky also the other Dr. Kopatia she is way out spoken. Her English is very choppy. And very rude. . She tends to tell really bad jokes that aren't funny and keep you there chit chatting. I found this was a primary reason for over booking!.

The office receptionist is nice. But the Dr's are not so friendly. Stay away unless you want to go there and wait a hour to see a doctor.
