Long Island Maids did an excellent job cleaning my home and I recommend their stellar service to anyone with a home in the Greater New York area!

A crew from LI Maids cleaned our house today, and they did a phenomenal job! Without giving them any direction, the two employees came in, friendly, and did an incredibly thorough job. We're very impressed and appreciate their hard work! We used a competitor in the past, and they did a terrible job- night and day difference. Thanks!

We had a horrible experience with your service on Friday. At first I thought perhaps some of the issue might be due to language barrier with your employees but as I began to tabulate the list and discover more and more issues over the weekend I can simply say the service was horrible. Please see the below list of issues:

Basement:
• No tops of frames on walls done
• 6 panel doors not dusted, I asked them to please go back and do it and they did not
• Switch plates not cleaned, I asked them to please go back and do it and they did not

Upstairs
• No tops of frames on walls done
• Frames in hallway not dusted at all, I had to ask them to please go back and do which they did not
• 6 panel doors not dusted, I asked them to please go back and do it and they did not
• Switch plates not cleaned, I asked them to please go back...

I found out about Long Island Maids through a mutual friend of mine who highly recommend me to use them. I figured why not. These guys are obviously different then everyone else from the moment you go to their website! I did my booking online, no quote or someone coming over needed! Price is show on the spot and everything is done with credit card, so I didn't have to worry about leaving any cash (left a tip though). I had Ana mad Maria come and they were extremely nice and very polite and very respectful of my home. Overall, they did a fantastic cleaning job! Will highly recommend this company if looking for a cleaning service.

I've a summer house in Westhampton Beach. I came home to a fresh smelling, clean apartment. But I didn't spend any time to cleaning and getting sweaty and dirty. One of my friend recommended Long Island Maids then I've been using there service. Long Island Maids is an amazing home cleaning service company. They do an excellent job with tidying up my home. The house always looks amazing and smells great after they stopped by. Finally I’m really happy with them so recommending them to my family and friends.

I've been using Long Island Maids for about 7 months, and they have been coming to clean every other week. Since using them I have lots of new found free time and a fresh, clean home to come back to after long hours at work. The maids and owner are very nice and always helpful. I have tried other local cleaning companies, but none compare to Long Island Maids!
