I recently had an extremely poor experience with LI Maids. After doing research to find a local cleaning service to deep clean my newly purchased home before moving in, I decided to support a local, family owned business rather than one of the franchises based on good reviews. I am truly regretting this decision.
I booked my appointment a few weeks ago after spending 15 mins on the phone with LI maids to explain in detail all that needed to be cleaned, I was promised that we would have 2-3 maids here for 4 hours to deep clean kitchen, bathroom, windows, cabinets, etc before we moved our stuff into the house (even received an email confirmation detailing all that was agreed upon).
On the day of the service, only 1 woman showed up. I give her credit for attempting to clean the entire house, but after 6+ hours and after unsuccessful attempts to reach LI Maids, I just told...

Currently the best experience I've had so far with attention to detail. You name it, it'll get cleaned. The service was very friendly and easy the staff easy to talk to. There were two other services I've tried that just didn't seem to cover the righht detail like Long Island Maids have. Thoroughly impressed.

I had a cleaner from Long Island Maids clean my NYC rental apartment and Veronica did a wonderful job. Highly recommend their services!
