Nora and Milagro did an amazing job on my spring cleaning. I have two kids and it had been a few years since the house had been deep cleaned. They did it all, top to bottom. Kitchen cabinets, oven, stovetop, baseboards, bathrooms, floors, under radiators, light fixtures, under all the furniture. It’s like coming to home to a brand new house! Very very satisfied and will be using the service again.

Hired Long Island Maids for a move-in cleaning and have to say that I couldn't be happier or more satisfied. The team of Daniela and Blanca did an excellent and very thorough job. I could see and smell the cleanliness the moment I walked into the apartment after they had finished. I would use this company again and recommend their services.

In my recent attempt to secure an appointment, I got mad that they wouldn’t take cash when I wasn’t ex to pay that way. They decided they don’t want my business.. SUPER COOL.

I booked an appointment for today 2-3pm. I wasn't sure if anyone was actually available even though the time slot was open. I have been trying to contact this service all day with no luck. My card was charged and I verified with my bank that this was a charge and not a hold and my appointment my canceled, just totally disappeared from my dashboard. I understand if noone was available since I already paid shouldn't someone have reached out to reschedule with me? I tried the chat, I tried text, I called and left a message, I sent an email and nothing.

I really don’t like to leave negative reviews but I rearranged my entire work schedule and pet sitter to have my apt cleaned Today and I was billed in full and no one showed up. If I did not reach out to the company no one would have contacted me.
I was told they could not locate their workers. No explanation. No way of making it right. They did refund my money immediately, but the job I needed was not done.

Do not use them. I asked for the top to
bottom deluxe cleaning. I expected a deep clean. It was not. The young women arrived an hour late, stayed just under two hours and did nothing but a surface cleaning. I spent the rest of the day doing what they didn’t do. Below is just a sampling of what they didn’t do. They do not move furniture or countertop appliances.
