Long Island Maids

My experience with LI Maids was one of the worst. I had booked them to come clean my house a week before. The day if they called me and told me they couldn’t get anyone to come. I had to argue with them to send someone. They finally send 2 guys. They started off ok. But I couldn’t follow them around the house because I was doing other stuff. When they finished and left 8 hours later. I noticed they broke the alarm wire on the window. They did t pick up the toaster oven and all the construction dirt was still under it. And a few other stuff. I emailed them photos of the issues but I did t get a response back. And I finally had a chance to call them a few days later. And the person I spoke to said we cannot help you since you didn’t call us right away. Absaulutly bad customer service. Didn’t apologize not once. Or tried to correct the issue. I willl never use them again or refer them.
