I have a 1 bedroom apartment, I paid extra for the fans and baseboards to be clean, but neither one was touched. I also noticed that they didn’t move anything to clean the floors, so in the corners it was still dirty. I specifically said, leave the clothes on the couch, don’t worry about those or the couch, but the 2 maids still stuffed all of my clothes in my outside cart that was next to the couch. They mixed my clean and dirty clothes all together when they put them in the cart. I basically paid $200 to have them dust and wipe down some surfaces. They returned the extra $70 for the undone fan blades and baseboards, but I will never use them again.

My appointment was cancelled on the day of the party and I had a hard time getting an appointment and I was overcharged and had to work to get a refund. The cleaners did a good job when they finally came.
