He answered the phone late at night. He was very pleasant. He came out when he said he was going to come. He solve the problem. That I had to solve that day because I was leaving on a trip. He was very fair with his pricing. I had a question about a new lock I installed on my house. He spent an extra 15 minutes of his own time showing me how to use my electronic lock on my house and did not charge me for it. I will use him for all of my locksmith needs.
